  • Ryan Hunkin
    West Bowling ARLFC
As well as Open Age coaching responsibilities on top of committee work, Ryan also assists with the U10s coaching team & the Nippers 3-5 year old coaching programme.Ryan is also a part of the Bradford Bulls Foundation, I personally don’t believe there is a person that contributes more to the growth of the amateur & Junior game in Bradford for Rugby League. Every decision he makes is with the thought of Rugby League at the forefront of his mind.
  • Stacey Clare
    Bank Quay Bulls
Stacey has worked her socks off to provide a local 1st ever girls rugby team at bank quay bulls in Warrington. The club has never had a girls team in it. My daughter Olivia plays here for the love of rugby but many of the girls on the team struggle from day to day financially as a family and Stacey always makes sure they never go without, from training gear to new boots and game day kits. She goes above and beyond to make this 1st ever girls u13s team! She is amazing.
  • Lewis Ward
    Seacroft Sharks ARLFC
Lewis has single handedly run the club between 2018 and 2021 before finally receiving assistance in 2022 easing the pressure. He still takes a leading role in the running of the club including all fundraising, event management, match day admin and player welfare as well as playing for the men's open age too. He takes time out from his busy work and family life to attend meetings both rugby league and community related. He oversaw 25k worth of improvements in the clubhouse and changing rooms in 2020.
  • Ian Cutler
    Hull Kingston Rovers
Better known as 'Adge' he has been in love with Hull Kingston Rovers for going on 50 years. He is now 60 years Old. Founder of the Rovers Supporters Group, he along with Keith Lyons played a massive part in saving the club in the 1990s years of hardship and administration. He organises trips away and fundraising events and we’ve have travelled all over with him for 17 years - from every magic weekend to France he even went to Toronto. He is loved by all at the club - fans, staff, players and owner.
  • David Butler
    Sheffield Eagles Foundation
David does so much work for the rugby league family!! Spending unmeasurable hours to make sure every individual as an opportunity to play our great game no matter what the platform. Whether it be the Men’s, Women’s or Wheelchair formats, he’s there donating his time for others!! Either playing himself or doing the unenviable task of officiating, or actually organising competitions!! Numerous players and officials have had the benefit of David’s knowledge, experience and guidance.
  • Scott Harland
    Bradford Dudley Hill
Scott has been involved at the club for many years as a player and supporter. He now gives his time as coach to our under 7’s as well as general upkeep of the club from week to week, repairs, maintenance, you name it. His hard work and support is integral to the successful running of our club. Everything he does is with the future success of the club in mind and he has the biggest heart it is possible to have! He always gives and never takes and this is why I think he deserves to win.
  • James Hamer
    King Cross Park RLFC
James is our Under 6's coach and he goes above and beyond for his team and their families. James is supportive, kind, encouraging and fair. He shares in the joy with our children when they have scored a try or a tackle. Along with us as their parents he is our children's biggest supporter. James turns up every week without fail, even when matters in his personal life would absolutely permit absence, he is always there with a smile on his face. To James rugby is not just a game, it's a family.
  • Joseph Charnock
    Wigan St Patrick's ARLFC
This person deserves to win this award as the work he does for our great club is unbelievable. He's managed to get the club grants to get a new patio area, have our floodlights upgraded on the reserves pitch and he's also gained funding for a new kitchen to allow us to update our facilities. He gained funding for the memorial garden to remember past members who have passed away. He's done all this as well as gained funding for teams to get new playing kits and he's done all this while recovering from cancer.
  • Debbie Watson
    Coventry Bears
Debbie is the administrative heartbeat of Coventry Bears Rugby League Club and in particular the junior section Alphas. Debbie has worked tirelessly to promote Rugby League amongst young people in Coventry and the West Midlands. In particular, Debbie has undertaken all the thankless administration and finance aspects of running a club for over 10 years. This has resulted in the Bears and Alphas enhancing the lives of local children and families. Debbie is the embodiment of a local hero!
